Job Description:
The Installation Coordinator role is responsible for the effective execution of the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, and control process throughout the life cycle of fiber installation. Provide critical input for the installation project management process. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities and advance knowledge of scheduling.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working in a partnership with customers to resolve scheduling conflicts effectively and efficiently while dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience. Candidate should demonstrate a genuine ability to help customers, be outgoing, engaging, patient and empathetic.

- Maintain calendar of installers (contractors, subs, and technicians).
- Facilitate communication between customers and installers.
- Implement problem resolution with customers.
- Follow-up to ensure installations meet customers satisfaction.
- Monitor installers to ensure installations are complete.
- Report the Installation Team has sufficient capacity to meet target installs.
- Provide daily updates to management on the progress achieved by the Team.
- Ensure contractor invoices are vetted, accurate, and submitted to Finance department.
- Confer with management to address questions, problems and requests for service or equipment
- Monitor, update and maintain CRM system
- Assist in preparing and submitting performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to the operational plan.
- Resolve service delivery issues.
- Liaise with contractors regarding performance and site readiness.
- Manage SLAs to ensure compliance.
