FAQ's
Fiber internet refers to an internet connection that utilizes fibre-optic cables to transmit data at incredibly high speeds. It offers faster and more reliable internet compared to traditional copper-based connections like DSL or cable.
Fiber internet works by transmitting data using pulses of light through thin strands of glass or plastic fibers. These fibers carry the data over long distances with minimal loss, resulting in faster internet speeds and higher bandwidth capabilities.
Fiber internet offers several benefits for residential users, including:
High-speed connection allowing for seamless streaming, gaming, and downloads.
Reduced fiber Latency providing a smoother online experience, especially for real-time applications like online gaming and video conferencing.
Reliable internet as fiber is less prone to interference from weather conditions, ensuring a stable and consistent connection.
Fiber availability depends on your location. Our fiber network is always expanding, but coverage may still be limited in some regions. You can check with our coverage map to determine if fiber is available at your address.
